Notas comicas: It's always entertaining to see, usually in airports of small developing countries, the same friendly person take your ticket at the plane's gate as the one who checked you in at the terminal just a few moments before. He or she will often act as though they have never seen you before when taking your ticket despite having issued it to you in the first place. How they get from the check-in counter to the gate so quickly is clearly only attributable to a secret hobbit tunnel. The rest of us passengers must bumble through security, arriving at the gate much more ruffled.
